I purchased an 'Intex Velvetaire® Flocking Queen Raised Memory Foam Airbed w/ Built-in Remote AC-Pump' on 10/10/09 from CMS WorldWide Sales. We recently used it for the first time upon arriving in Florida, and had immediate problems with it leaking air, and would have to keep airing it up every hour on the hour. Please advise us what to do next!

As a valued Intex Consumer your feedback is greatly appreciated, regrettably we do not offer a warranty for our air beds. Any exchange would come from the retailer in accordance to their policy.
